Held one Saturday in the month subject to studio availability. (Notice of session available from this site, lessons and courses).
Session for 2 hours
Minimum requirement of participants 3 and maximum number of participants 12 (4 dancers to a pole). As soon as we have our 4th pole this number will can increase.
Dancers of all levels (beginners to advanced) are able to come and enjoy the freedom of freestyling. Its all hands on deck for this 2 hour gathering, in order that we can use as much of the 2 hour slot, help will be required to erect/dismantle poles. This is an ideal opportunity for those students who are considering purchasing their own pole.
Why a Freestyle Jamming Session?
- Meeting other pole dancers.
- Polers who are learning how to use the pole from DVDs or such like are also welcome.
- This session gives polers the opportunity to focus on problematic areas, seeking advice from other dancers.
- Polers wanting to learn new moves and tricks and need hands on for safety.
- Performance dancers or instructors that would like to pick up new ideas.
- Inviting instructors from other pole schools or professional dancers, to come and demonstrate, give advice and join in with our 2 hour fun filled jam session.
- Polers who wish to take the Exercise to Music Qualification and/or polers who are choosing to make Pole Dancing Instruction a career. This session gives the opportunity to those who need to practice their practical study modules in an authentic studio environment.
The session will begin with an aerobic warm up and end with a stretch cool down, either taught by myself or a poler wishing to use these areas as practical study time.
