All courses are mixed ability, so students have variety, flexibility and more choice of day/time.Maximum number of students per lesson is 12, using 5 poles allowing 2/3 students per pole.
The content not only provides the beginners with the first introduction to pole fitness but offers progression to those who already have pole fitness experience.I also cover cross training techniques, from posture awareness to strength, flexibility and core stability either using the pole or away from the pole.Lesson content comprises of effective warm up, pole sequences/routines, using spins, linking moves and tricks finishing with a stretch cool down.My objectives for the courses are to approach the pole discipline from a fitness angle, focusing on injury avoidance, goal setting, progression and co-ordination of each move.
