Please note that all Tasters, Lessons, Courses, must be pre-booked and paid for in advance, please do not turn up without prior warning.  Hen Parties, Events must be booked with a deposit and the remaining fee paid on the day.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation of Tasters, Lessons and Courses:  More than 24 hours full refund.  Exactly 24 hours 50% of fee paid.  Less than 24 hours no refend.
  
• Rearrange Tasters, Lessons and Courses, to a different date. The student/client, looses the right to a refund and the date will only be rearranged once.
• Cancellation of Parties or Events, a minimum of 7 days notice must be given.  Less than 7 days no refund of deposit.
• Rearrange dates of Parties or Events, minimum of 21 days notice must be given.

Changes

• Due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to change the start time, venue, date or teacher of your lcourse, taster or party. You will be notified if this happens and a full refund will be given if we cannot meet your needs.

Health & Safety

• All students are required to fill out a risk disclaimer and health questionnaire before the session. Please note if you lie on these forms it will invalidate your insurance.
• If you are unsure if you are fit and able to do a session please consult your GP first.
• During the session you must follow the teachers' instruction throughout the whole session, failure to do so you may be asked to leave the course, taster or party with no refund.
• The classes have a fun and friendly atmosphere and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
