TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

PRIVATE STUDIO BOOKINGS

     

1.      All lessons must be booked and paid in full before attending. 

2.      All lessons must be booked and a confirmation received. 

3.      Payments of bookings are made using either the Paypal facility, forwarding a cheque or paying in cash.

4.      All lessons must be booked do not just turn up.

5.      Block bookings of 6 lessons, only 1 lesson can be rescheduled and must have 24hours notice.

6.      All lessons booked and then a reschedule can only occur once.

7.      Cancelling a block booking, must have 7 days notice.

8.      Cancelling a 1 lesson booking must have 24 hours notice.

 

9.      Private lessons in the Private Studio, no more than 2 students permitted.  

GROUP LESSONS (excluding SportsPark)

BEING UPDATED AND POSTED ASAP.  IN THE MEANTIME YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND VERBAL IN LESSON.

 

  

HEALTH & SAFETY

1.      All students are required to fill out medical screening and informed consents forms before the session. Please note if you lie on these forms it will invalidate your insurance.

2.      If the student's health changes or incurred an injury after completing and returning medical form.  It is the student's responsibility to notify the instructor immediately.  Failure to do this may end with the student not being permitted to participate and with no refund. (The instructor has the right to stop students from participating in lessons without refunding, if the student does not give adequate notice to change in health or injuries incurred recent to lessons or courses).

3.      If you are unsure if you are fit and able to do a session please consult your GP first.

4.      During the session you must follow the teachers' instruction throughout the whole session, failure to do so you may be asked to leave the course, taster or party with no refund.

5.      The classes have a fun and friendly atmosphere and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

6.      No alcohol is permitted in lessons, pole jams or hen parties and if the instructor believes the student to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  The student will be asked to leave the lesson without refunding.

7.      No cameras or camcorders are permitted into the lesson at any time.  Failing to comply will result in the instructor asking the student to leave the lesson and no refund.  (Cameras and camcorder are permitted in Pole Jams).


CANCELLATIONS

1.      Cancelling a block booking of 6 lessons 7 days minimum notice.

2.      Cancelling 1 lesson must have 24 hours notice. 

3.      Only 1 lesson cancellation is permitted in a block of 6 lessons.
     

5.      Change of date for block booking of 6 lessons, can be made only 1 time.

Changes

Due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to change the start time, venue, date or teacher of your lcourse, taster or party. You will be notified if this happens and a full refund will be given if we cannot meet your needs.
