Lessons are either booked as a one 2 one or students can share the lesson with a friend. Lesson content is planned together with the individual student(s) in accordance with their level. All lesson content will include postural awareness, technique, injury avoidance, moves and choreography. One 2 one is great as a one of or booked in blocks of 6 weeks as a private course. A student may wish to start pole dancing in private surroundings or maybe a student wishes to brush up on their technique. 2 students sharing, a great introduction to pole dancing, can be used as a taster should students be interested in pole dancing courses.
